Training Sessions & Massage Therapy Appointments Booking & Payment All training sessions and massage therapy appointments booked through the website are confirmed only after successful payment via  Bookings and its secure payment providers. Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Aligned) Clients and students may cancel or reschedule their booking according to the following rules: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 12 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a 50% refund. No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Late Arrivals Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other bookings. The full session fee remains payable. Provider Cancellations If the academy needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered: A full refund, or The option to reschedule to a future date Training Session Attendance For training sessions: Attendance is required to receive certification Missed sessions may affect course completion Refunds are not issued once a session has started PRIVACY POLICY  Bookings – Training & Massage Services Information Collected via  Bookings When you book through our website,  collects and processes: Name and contact details Appointment or training session details Payment information Health or intake information (for massage therapy only) Use of Information Your information is used solely for: Managing bookings and schedules Delivering training or massage services Communicating booking updates Legal, insurance, and accounting requirements Health Information (Massage Therapy Clients) Health information provided during booking or intake forms is collected only to ensure safe and appropriate treatment and is treated as strictly confidential. Data Storage & Security Bookings and payments are processed through  secure systems and approved payment providers. Personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel. We reserved the right to decline inappropriate requests such as sexual services or negotiation price either on training course or treatments requested. Data Protection Rights Clients and students have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
